I clicked on properties for the image, and added alt text when I click ok the image disappears and on save its come back in Sitecore -


i updating alt text in sitecore item. clicked on properties of image, , added 'alt' text when click ok image disappears , on save coming again. developer don't want marketers guys see such absurd behave. !

i checked templates , media library, things looking fine on there.
