database - what is COB Environment? -


i come across terms cob server or cob database. can please explain cob environment , how different production or uat environment.

i've found this, think useful have in mind. cheers!

dev-> development environment. used coding , developers can access.

sit-> software integration test environment, integration test group verifies initial integration tests, (not functionality test) should application managers or technology project testers. may developers not preferred.

uat-> functionality test, done dedicated uat groups or end users. environment should identical production env. developers or other technology staff should not access uat. functionality testers have access.

cob-> continuity of business environment disaster recovery. highly advised identical production environment. user rights/access should identical prod. first production release may tested here before actual prod implementation appropriate change management process.

prod-> final release, after uat approvals received , appropriate change management process, release can implemented here dedicated implementers.

firefox - Where is 'webgl.osmesalib' parameter? -

i'm trying webgl running on firefox (v37.0.2) via software acceleration mesa. tried following steps have been stated in article: http://www.binarytides.com/enable-webgl-firefox-ubuntu/ however, unable find parameter named ' webgl.osmesalib ' in about:config section? has been removed (or renamed)? if yes, how should instruct firefox use mesa's software acceleration webgl? looks support osmesa removed in favour llvmpipe.
