i run cca analysis using vegan 7500 sites, 9 species , 5 constrains variable. results >

i don't understand why there no unconstrained or total inertia?
probably constrained axes explained everything, , no constrained inertia left. how many axes did unconstrained ordination (cca without constraints)?
your data non-square: matrix dimensions 7500 times 9. there 9 species, , if these dependent or otherwise redundant, may able explain constraints.
