statistics - What technology to use for gather trends and analytics off multiple Crowd Funding sites -


ive explored idea of delivering trending content , important updates user base of people interested in crowd funded projects. somehow gather data of whats trending , analytic information construct overview of important information.

what best technology this? i've read on data mining, scraping...ect not sure whats effective , cost efficient. other ideas getting data appreciated!

as far trending research i'd recommend start off google trends , know other google services business analisys.
