registry setup making context menu item "paste" visible everywhere (desktop or windows explorer)

when click on context menu item "paste" (which different paste created) desktop, application launch without argument string want pass (which directory location in opened windows explorer). right now, have tried passing static location works regardless directory path of windows explorer open, makes idea useless... work when perform real copy , pasting items (which windows recognizes location want paste grabbing directory path of windows explorer). can please post working solution location of open windows explorer after performing right-click , choosing custom context menu item pass string executable file?
