android: notify on gmail email with specific label income -


my app can send emails (gmail) other users. problem i'd let user know email received app. notification service prefer not there tons of apps running services , notifications.

is there way catch incoming of gmail email label or subject or address ?

i ask because looks stupid create notification service when it's there.
