api - Netsuite Timsheet feature not enabled error even though it should be enabled -

i'm trying create timesheet in netsuite programmatically through api calls "timesheet featured not enabled" error though checked possibly timesheet related checkbox features under setup-->company-->enable feature checked. has seen before?

as estimated time, depends on amount of data migrated. give @ least rough estimate, talking hours here. small customers can migrated within hour, larger ones couple of hours. if process of enabling/disabling feature takes 2 days or more, please contact netsuite support.
