tortoisesvn - Need to implement SVN hooks on Windows -


i working on svn on windows , increasing knowledge boundaries exploring svn in deep. came through hooks can helpful tracking records. working on windows 7 , visualsvn. need implement post-commit hook automate process ina way if develpoer commits in file in repo, email triggered containing file , autor.

please let know file need modify , how.
