virtual machine - how to upgrade CentOS 5.11 to 6.x -


i have tried executing yum update command took me 5.11 6.x. need server running centos 6.x nagiosxi. 

[root@nagiosxi network-scripts]# uname -a linux nagiosxi.inl.gov 2.6.18-371.8.1.el5 #1 smp thu apr 24 18:23:07 edt 2014 i686 i686 i386 gnu/linux

as know, centos based on redhat same rules apply both.

in place upgrades between 4, 5, , 6 not supported redhat (and centos). supported upgrade path 6 7. expectation upgrade path continue in future releases.

with said, there way upgrade 5 6 not supported redhat careful how use it.

firefox - Where is 'webgl.osmesalib' parameter? -

i'm trying webgl running on firefox (v37.0.2) via software acceleration mesa. tried following steps have been stated in article: http://www.binarytides.com/enable-webgl-firefox-ubuntu/ however, unable find parameter named ' webgl.osmesalib ' in about:config section? has been removed (or renamed)? if yes, how should instruct firefox use mesa's software acceleration webgl? looks support osmesa removed in favour llvmpipe.
